Representa improves the validation of the personal data of the power of attorney and representative of a representation and the notices in this regard, in order to make them clearer and more understandable for public workers who use the platform.
When registering on the public employee portal, it is requested to enter, first of all, the identity number of the natural or legal person, the construction of the same is verified and it is validated if it exists or not in the Representa database.
If it already exists, the data is filled in automatically, and if it doesn't exist, you have to enter it.
In relation to the construction of the identifier, if this is not a NIF/NIE, it is reported that this will be treated as a passport. If the identifier is a natural person, a person icon appears, and if the identifier is a legal entity, a suitcase icon appears.
