Today we will focus on how to respond to the audit requirements of the Via Oberta service of the AOC Consortium.
According to the Interoperability technical standard, the audited entities, as organizations requesting the data, have the obligation to collaborate in the audit tasks.
The organizations providing data and the Via Oberta service, carry out random audits to ensure that consumption is carried out correctly in accordance with the authorized parameters.
What information is requested in the audit?
- Iinform of the specific procedure by which the data query is made: in this section, you must indicate the name of the specific procedure. For example, "Aids for school transport for the 2023-2024 academic year".
- Provide a link or copy of the regulations: in this case, you must attach or link the regulatory bases of these grants, while indicating the specific article or section in which the need to consult the corresponding data is specified. For example, if it is an INSS audit, you must inform the specific section where it is stated that benefit income will be consulted or that it is a requirement to obtain this aid.
- Indicate the legal basis that legitimizes the consultation
- Legal authorization: when a law specifically provides that the Administration can consult the data for that procedure without the need for the consent of the person concerned. In this case, it will be necessary to indicate the regulations that provide for it, as well as the specific article.
- Non-opposition/consent: the signed form must be provided, which must include the no-opposition or consent clause as appropriate depending on the procedure.
