Improvement of notices in representation searches
The secure verification code (CSV) is a code found in each document that is generated electronically and becomes a unique reference that allows access to the same document in electronic format to verify its authenticity.
From the beginning of November 2023, the CSV code has been incorporated into the receipt of a procedure carried out with e-TRAM 2.0. In this way, having the verification code, you can access the display of the receipt of the original electronic document.
To do the check you will need the CSV and enter the validation tool offered by the AOC Consortium through the following link: https://www.seu-e.cat/csv
It is worth noting that this URL is also reported by default on the receipt itself generated in e-TRAM. To obtain the original electronic document, you only need to enter the digits of the Secure Verification Code available on the receipt, and validation is automatically done and the original document is displayed.
At the end of the first page of the receipt generated by e-TRAM you will find all this detailed information associated with the CSV:
Figure 1. Example of the lower part of the first page of the receipt of a procedure generated with e-TRAM 2.0, where the details of both the CSV and the link to its verification are displayed.
Finally, it is worth saying that for those entities that have an AOC -XGOC transparency portal, during this very month of November a new item will be offered in the "procedures and services" family that will make it easier to publicize the validator that the AOC Consortium make available This item, which will be called "Verification of documents using Secure Verification Code (CSV)", can be edited and customized if you want to modify the description proposed by default.
