Since the deadline for submitting the 31 budget and settlement to the DGAH ended on 2015 March, all local bodies that have not yet completed the submission must do so no later than 30 June. Local bodies that do not comply with this deadline will be withheld the payments to which they may be entitled until they send the pending documentation, in accordance with theOrder GAP / 539/2010, of 16 November.
We remind you that the online submission must be done following the following procedure:
- Fill out the questionnaire in the application Submission of budget information to the DGAH (TIPGAH), by uploading accounting files, administrative documentation and other economic and financial data; if the accounting files are not available, the questionnaire must be completed manually with the data entry. The data can be validated to verify that they meet the criteria set out in the questionnaire. The application will generate a summary in PDF format to attach to the submission by EACAT.
- Attach this PDF file to the corresponding EACAT submission, through the procedure of the Department of Government, Public Administrations and Housing “Submission of budget information to the DGAH”, and sign it to send the budget or settlement to the DGAH. The signature must be formalized by the auditor / secretary or the auditor / secretary.
