In accordance with the eighth DA of Law 19/2014, of 29 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, local administrations must inform the public register of contracts of formalized contracts and those that are in tender. or in other contractual phases.
Access to the Public Register of Contracts
All those entities of the local administrations that already have the Contractor Profile of the e-Contracting Service of the AOC Consortium automatically have the registration of body and users in the Public Register of Contracts. Registered users maintain the same role / profile as they have in the Contractor Profile. Access is made from EACAT in the Applications section using the same credentials (username and password) that are used to access EACAT.
Those entities that do not have the Contracting Profile of the AOC Consortium will have to request registration in the Public Register of Contracts. To request the service, you must send the duly completed form to the AOC Consortium through the EACAT, specifically in the section “Procedures” provider “AOC Consortium”, procedure “Application for AOC Services”.
